Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Moradabad for a Collection Agent. The Collection Agent will be responsible for managing and recovering outstanding debt balances from customers while maintaining constructive communication. In addition, the role involves working closely with customers to provide excellent service, handling cash collection, and ensuring timely updates to the finance team. Maintaining accurate records and upholding compliance standards are integral aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Debt Collection and Cash Collection
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Understanding of Finance principles and procedures
• Ability to manage and resolve challenging interactions professionally
• Proficiency in using relevant tools and software for documentation and tracking
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple collections efficiently
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a background in finance or related fields is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
