About the Role
We are seeking driven and confident Cold Calling Interns to support our high-ticket sales operations. This 3-month internship offers hands-on experience in sales, lead generation, and CRM management while earning performance-based commissions. You will help initiate conversations with prospects, qualify leads, and assist senior sales closers in managing a high-value sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
* Research, identify, and qualify potential leads.
* Conduct cold calls, emails, and social outreach to initiate contact.
* Follow up on inbound inquiries and schedule meetings.
Cold Calling & Sales Support
* Execute high-volume outbound calls.
* Qualify decision-makers and pass promising leads to senior closers.
* Participate in sales meetings and training to improve skills and product knowledge.
Pipeline & CRM Management
* Maintain accurate CRM records of calls, lead status, and follow-ups.
* Track leads through the pipeline and assist with basic data analysis.
Customer Relationship Support
* Help nurture existing customer relationships to support retention and upsell opportunities.
* Collect customer feedback and coordinate with customer success for smooth handoffs.
Professional Development
* Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and market developments.
* Apply ongoing coaching to enhance communication and performance.
Requirements
* Strong verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence
* Comfortable with cold calling, objection handling, and high-volume outreach
* Highly self-motivated, organized, and reliable
* Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
* Previous sales or customer-facing experience is an asset, but not required
* Reliable internet connection
Compensation
* Commission-only: Earn 2–5% on closed high-ticket deals generated from your qualified leads
Tenure: 3-month internship period
