What You’ll Do

• Build & Qualify Leads

• Research target brands in your vertical (e.g., craft breweries, supplement companies, cosmetic lines)
• Identify and verify Packaging/Brand/Procurement decision-makers

• Cold-Call Outreach

• Deliver a sharp, benefit-focused pitch tailored to each prospect
• Handle objections, leave effective voicemails, and follow up via SMS or email
• Secure interest and book discovery calls for our sales team

• Insight & Reporting

• Log all call outcomes, key pain points, and next steps in our CRM/Google Sheets
• Highlight “hot” opportunities for immediate follow-up

• Skill Development

• Participate in weekly 30-min coaching to refine scripts, objection-handling, and delivery
• Share market feedback to continually sharpen our approach
