Cold Calling Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers from provided leads or target lists
  • Deliver effective sales pitches to introduce the company’s products or services
  • Identify customer needs and qualify potential leads
  • Schedule meetings, demos, or follow-up calls for the sales or business development team
  • Maintain and update accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes in the CRM
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the sales funnel
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and conversion targets
  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer responses to assist in refining messaging


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales (preferred)
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to think on your feet and handle objections confidently
  • Comfortable making 50–100+ calls per day
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not mandatory
