About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic fresher to join our Sales team as a Cold Calling Executive. This is an excellent opportunity to kickstart your career in sales and business development in an IT service-based company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our IT services and solutions.
• Generate leads and set up meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain a database of prospects and follow up regularly.
• Understand client requirements and share relevant information about company offerings.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Confident, energetic, and self-motivated.
• Basic understanding of IT services will be a plus.
• Ability to handle rejection positively and keep up motivation.
• Eager to learn and grow in the field of sales and client communication.
