Position Overview:

Cold Calling & Email Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct

  cold calls

  to domestic and international prospects to generate qualified leads.
• Develop and execute

  email marketing campaigns

  to promote products and services.
• Identify potential clients through online research, databases, and industry sources.
• Maintain and update the

  CRM system

  with lead details and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate with the

  sales team

  to schedule meetings, demos, or product discussions.
• Draft professional and persuasive

  email content

  aligned with marketing goals.
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports on lead generation and conversion.
• Maintain excellent communication and relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

  .
• 1–3 years of experience in

  cold calling, email marketing, or lead generation

  (manufacturing or industrial background preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in

  English

• Familiarity with

  CRM tools

  (such as Zoho CRM) and email marketing platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets under minimal supervision.
