About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of .NET applications, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Manage and execute end-to-end project delivery while maintaining alignment with client requirements and business goals.
• Collaborate closely with clients, understanding their needs and providing expert technical guidance and solutions.
• Develop and maintain web applications using ASP.NET MVC, C#, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Design and optimize SQL Server databases, including writing efficient queries, stored procedures, and functions.
• Ensure code quality through rigorous unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
• Work within Agile/Scrum teams, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
• Mentor junior developers and facilitate knowledge sharing across the team.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues, applying problem-solving skills to resolve technical challenges promptly.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies relevant to .NET development.
  

Key Qualifications :

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in ASP.NET, MVC, C#, and SQL Server.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 is a plus.
• Experience with Entity Framework, LINQ, and Web API development.
  

Project Management

• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage client relationships effectively.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).
