🔍 Minimum Criteria

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in either:
• Product Development (Tech/Non-Tech MVPs, user flows, problem validation, feedback loops)
• Marketing & Growth (Campaigns, funnels, content, community, partnerships)
• A mindset to build from scratch with a lean, experimental approach
• Strong ownership and independent drive — you’ll be the go-to person for your domain
• Willingness to work on equity-only model until we raise funds
  

🔧 What You’ll Do

If Product

• Design and launch MVPs with quick iterations
• Conduct problem research and user validation
• Collaborate with tech/design teams and oversee build-to-launch
• Own product KPIs and roadmap
  

If Marketing

• Build awareness, lead generation, and early user engagement
• Run B2B/B2C campaigns with budget-free guerrilla and content marketing
• Set up community or institutional partnerships
• Track performance and iterate strategy
