Cofounder & Chief Conversion Strategist

You will own:

• CRO strategy across all clients
• The complete CRO Playbook
• Frameworks for AI Product
• Experimentation and conversion processes
• Hiring and leading the first CRO team
• Shaping the logic for Gaea’s AI optimisation engine

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Architect the CRO Strategy for All Clients

• Diagnose funnels, friction, behaviour, efficiency
• Lead analytics, research, testing, and insights
• Build hypothesis-driven experimentation pipelines
• Improve conversion, AOV, CAC efficiency, retention, and CLTV

Own the Purpose-First CRO Method

• Convert brand purpose → UX strategy
• Build messaging frameworks, persuasion architecture
• Align psychology + data into one system

Create the CRO Playbook & Systems

• This becomes Gaea’s intellectual property
• Defines how CRO is delivered at scale
• Sets the quality standard and methodology

Lead Client Strategy

• Present insights to founders / leadership teams
• Build long-term CRO roadmaps
• Communicate with clarity, conviction, and executive discipline

Build the CRO Team

• Hire analysts, researchers, copywriters, experimentation PMs
• Build training, processes, onboarding, SOPs

Co-build Gaea’s AI Layer

• Help translate human CRO logic → machine intelligence
• Architect feedback loops and optimization logic

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

CRO EXPERTISE

• 5–10 years CRO, growth, UX strategy, or analytics
• Strong with GA4, heatmaps, funnels, behaviour analysis
• Knows A/B testing deeply
• Able to produce measurable conversion impact
