Coffee Taster / Coffee Expert

As a valuable member of our team, you will be responsible for various key aspects within our coffee production management division. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: Ingredient Sourcing & Supplier Management: - Utilize market research to identify premium coffee brands and blends suitable for vending machine applications. - Evaluate and recommend coffee brands based on quality, flavor profiles, and compatibility with product requirements. - Collaborate effectively with suppliers and partners to ensure consistent availability and quality of selected coffee brands. Product Development & Innovation: - Take the lead in developing new coffee products such as Coffee Decoction, Extracts, and Premixes. - Ensure that all products align with customer specifications and stay abreast of current market trends. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to seamlessly transition products from lab trials to full-scale production. Quality Assurance & Sensory Evaluation: - Conduct thorough assessments of sensory profiles to maintain stringent quality parameters. - Continuously evaluate and enhance processes to improve overall product quality. Cupping & Grading: - Regularly participate in cupping sessions to evaluate various aspects such as flavor profiles, aroma, body, acidity, and aftertaste. - Grade coffee samples in accordance with established industry standards to maintain consistency and high quality. - Maintain detailed records of cupping results and grading assessments to provide valuable insights for product development and quality control. Requirements: - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or a related field. - Possess a minimum of 4-8 years of experience in coffee production management. - Demonstrate a proven track record in product development and innovation. - Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Showcase excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
