Your Role as a Coding & Robotics Instructor

As a WizKlub Instructor, you will play a vital role in delivering structured programs at our partnered schools, ensuring effective student learning outcomes and program visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Delivery

• Complete structured program deliverables on time.
• Introduce students to programming concepts, algorithms, robotics, and problem-solving techniques.
• Encourage creativity, collaboration, and participation in projects, hackathons, and competitions.

1. Student Management & Training

• Maintain student records, including attendance and progress.
• Stay trained and certified in WizKlub’s curriculum and tools.
• Ensure clear lesson planning and effective session delivery.

1. Reporting & Documentation

• Submit timely updates on sessions conducted.
• Maintain accurate attendance and performance records.
• Share monthly progress reports with stakeholders.

1. Student Assessment

• Track and monitor student performance after each session.
• Update progress cards and share them with students and parents.

1. Program Visibility & Engagement

• Participate in PTMs, orientations, expos, and school events.
• Enhance engagement by representing WizKlub at various student and parent interactions.

1. Communication & Coordination

• Regularly update parents, principals, and WizKlub teams on student progress.
• Address challenges and escalate issues when needed.
• Ensure smooth coordination among all stakeholders.

Requirements

• Passion for teaching and mentoring students in technology.
• Strong foundation in programming, coding, and robotics.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to work with school schedules and adapt to dynamic environments.
• Prior experience in teaching or edtech training is a plus.
