Coding Instructor

Full Stack Development and Programming Instructor.

Note: This Job is NOT a Remote Job, The candidate must be from Nasik City or ready to relocate in Nasik, Maharashtra)

You will be responsible for empowering the next generation of software engineers by delivering our immersive curriculum. The ideal candidate is a skilled developer who is enthusiastic about mentoring, sharing knowledge, and fostering a dynamic, hands-on learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Instruction & Mentoring: Deliver engaging and effective lectures, hands-on coding demonstrations, and project-based workshops covering both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the academic team to create, refine, and update course materials, projects, and assessments to ensure they are current with industry trends and best practices.
• Student Support: Provide one-on-one guidance, constructive code reviews, and career-focused mentorship to students, helping them overcome challenges and build a professional-grade portfolio.
• Assessment: Evaluate student progress through assignments, projects, and code challenges, providing timely and actionable feedback.
• Community Building: Foster an inclusive, supportive, and collaborative classroom culture that encourages curiosity and lifelong learning.
• Stay Current: Continuously maintain and update your own technical skills and awareness of emerging technologies in the full-stack ecosystem.
• Expert proficiency in core front-end technologies: C,C++, Java, Python,HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Deep experience with at least one major front-end framework/library (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Strong proficiency in at least one server-side programming language and framework (e.g., Node.js/Express, Python/Django, Java/Spring, Ruby/Rails).
• Solid understanding of database design and management with both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases.
• Experience with version control systems (Git/GitHub) and modern development workflows.
• Familiarity with API design and development (RESTful APIs).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for teaching and mentorship.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
