As a Co-Founder at Technlogi x Serwiz, you will be an integral part of shaping the strategy, growth, and success of Serwiz.co, a service provider enablement platform revolutionizing how professionals and businesses engage with customers. We are seeking a driven individual with a builder's mindset and the financial commitment to drive the acceleration of our bold and ambitious venture. Your responsibilities will include driving the vision and strategic direction of Serwiz in collaboration with the founding team, contributing to early-stage funding and resource allocation, leading business development, sales, and go-to-market efforts, establishing partnerships and onboarding key clients and stakeholders, overseeing operations, finances, and team expansion, guiding product-market fit through continuous experimentation and feedback, and representing the brand to investors, partners, and media. We are looking for a candidate who is willing to make a significant capital investment and take equity ownership, with proven experience in business development, marketing, or startup leadership. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, an understanding of the tech or services industry, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hybrid environment are key attributes we seek. A Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
