Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Co-founder with Investment at Swarnika Healthcare, based in the Greater Kolkata Area with the flexibility for some remote work. The Co-founder will play an integral role in defining the organization's vision and strategy, overseeing business operations, and driving growth. Responsibilities include building and managing partnerships, spearheading sales & marketing initiatives, conducting strategic research, and leading the company’s overall growth trajectory. As an investor, the Co-founder will provide financial support and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proven Analytical Skills and the ability to assess, interpret, and use data to drive business decisions
• Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written communication, and the ability to present complex ideas clearly
• Experience in Sales and Marketing with the ability to craft effective strategies to enhance business growth
• Competence in Research and identifying opportunities, market trends, and innovative solutions
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
• A strong passion for healthcare services and industry experience is highly desirable
• Previous leadership experience or involvement in a startup is an added advantage
