Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Marketing Manager for a full-time hybrid role based in Mumbai. This position involves developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies, identifying potential business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and managing marketing campaigns. The role includes collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the achievement of sales targets and expansion of the company's client base. The hybrid nature of this role offers a combination of on-site work in Mumbai and the flexibility of working from home.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Strategy, Market Analysis, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Experience in Digital Marketing, Campaign Management, and Brand Promotion
• Strong leadership and team management skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively
• Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and apply them to improve business outcomes
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred but not mandatory
