Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Co-founder with investment located in New Delhi, allowing for both in-office collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. As a Co-founder, you will be deeply involved in shaping the strategic direction of the company, leading business development, and driving sales and marketing initiatives. You will also oversee research efforts, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate on decision-making processes to ensure the success of Happy My Tour. As part of this leadership role, you will engage in investor relations and bring fresh ideas to enhance company operations. Qualifications Strong Sales and Marketing skills, with the ability to drive revenue growth and develop innovative promotional strategies Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders, investors, and team members effectively Solid Analytical and Research skills for data-driven decision-making and opportunity identification Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to manage and grow business operations Prior experience in the travel or related services industry is highly beneficial Strong leadership capabilities and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
