Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Co-Founder (with Investment) at Shashikala Technology Private Limited. The Co-Founder will play a key leadership role in shaping the company's strategic vision, driving business growth, and acting as an integral decision-maker. Responsibilities of the role include contributing to long-term strategies, leading and developing teams, identifying business development opportunities, and fostering partnerships. The Co-Founder will actively participate in executing initiatives across multiple domains, including technology, sales, and marketing, to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, market trends, and metrics to inform decision-making and strategic planning
Excellent Communication skills for articulating ideas, collaboration, networking, and stakeholder engagement
Experience in Sales and Marketing to lead growth initiatives, drive client acquisition, and enhance brand positioning
Proficiency in conducting Research to identify market opportunities, emerging technologies, and competitive insights
Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to contribute financially as an investor in the company
Proven track record in leadership roles and business development
