This full-time on-site role is for a Co-Founder with investment at Fizmaa, located in Nashik. The Co-Founder will drive the company's strategic vision, oversee daily operations, and provide leadership across various departments. Key responsibilities include developing and executing business strategies, identifying growth opportunities, managing finances, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and leading marketing and sales efforts. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a dedication to making impactful contributions to the company's success.
