Hostro Ventures Private Limited is a unified digital platform designed to solve student housing problems in India while helping Paying Guest (PG) owners manage their operations effectively. It caters to students, PG owners, vendors, and colleges, creating an ecosystem for hassle-free, reliable, and scalable student accommodation.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder with investment at Hostro Ventures Private Limited. The role is based in Jaipur with some work-from-home flexibility. The Co-Founder will be responsible for driving company strategy, managing daily operations, and leading the development and execution of sales and marketing plans. They will also work on market research, building partnerships, and ensuring smooth communication across various stakeholders.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills for strategy development and problem-solving
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders
Proven experience in sales and marketing
Research skills for market analysis and insights
Leadership and entrepreneurial spirit
