Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Co-Founder with Investment at Elemint. The Co-Founder will be responsible for leading the company's strategic planning, fundraising efforts, and investor relations. The Co-Founder will also oversee daily operations, develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, and ensure the company meets its financial and operational goals. This is a hybrid role, located in New Delhi with some work from home acceptable.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
Experience in Sales and Marketing strategies
Proven leadership and management experience
Ability to work collaboratively and independently as needed
Experience in startups or entrepreneurial ventures is a plus
Relevant degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
