🔑 Role & Responsibilities

As a Co-Founder, you will:

Contribute financial investment to strengthen the company’s operations and growth.

Work closely with the Founder & CEO on business strategy, scaling, and decision-making.

Lead one or more core functions: Technology, Operations, Sales/Marketing, Partnerships, or Product Development (depending on your expertise).

Drive fundraising, investor relations, and strategic partnerships for company growth.

Help in building and managing a strong team for tech, design, and marketing.

Represent the brand in events, investor meetings, and collaborations.

Share responsibility for company success, challenges, and milestones as a true co-founder.

🎯 Requirements

Must be willing to invest in Coding Bits (amount negotiable based on discussion).

Strong background in Business, Technology, Product, or Marketing (any one or more).

Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building startups from scratch.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Ability to dedicate sufficient time and commitment towards company growth.

Prior experience in a startup / leadership role will be a plus.
