The Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary Co-Founder to join our leadership team and help scale Casemurk into a global brand. This is not just a role — it’s an invitation to build the company together as an equal partner, with significant equity and decision-making power.

Your Role

• Lead Operations & R&D: manage supplier relationships, oversee product development, and ensure top-tier quality & certifications.

• Drive Growth Strategy: build performance marketing engines, optimize CAC:LTV, and expand nationwide D2C sales.

• Be the Face of the Brand: represent Casemurk at investor meetings, industry events, and in public as a core founder.

• Work closely with the existing founder to expand product lines and secure future VC funding.

What We’re Looking For

• Background in D2C, consumer tech, or hardware products.

• Ability to take ownership of either product/tech or growth/marketing (or both).

• Ambitious, execution-driven, and ready to commit full-time.

• Entrepreneurial mindset — willing to invest ₹1 Crore and grow with the company.
