Who We’re Looking For:

A hustler. A builder. Someone who gets the vision and knows how to turn it into revenue, traction, and investor belief. You could be:

• A marketer or growth head who’s scaled youth-first brands
• A sales/partnerships leader with a strong network across startups, agencies, and brands
• A former founder looking for your next rocketship
• Someone who can pitch, close, raise — and still hop on Discord and vibe with the community

Your Role:

• Own 

  fundraising

   (angel + pre-seed + early VC)
• Lead 

  brand partnerships & sponsorships

• Shape monetization & GTM strategy for IPs
• Be the external face alongside the founder — in decks, calls, and collabs
• Eventually build & lead business/growth teams
