Key Responsibilities:

• Streamline day-to-day operations and ensure seamless project delivery.
• Lead business development, partnerships, and client relationship management.
• Build and execute growth strategies to scale revenue and profitability.
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and performance tracking.
• Strengthen internal processes and team accountability systems.
