Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Co-Founder. The Co-Founder will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, overseeing daily operations, and contributing to long-term business planning. Responsibilities include leading sales and marketing efforts, conducting market research, enhancing customer engagement, and ensuring organizational growth. The Co-Founder will collaborate closely with other executives and team members to achieve the company's vision and goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to conduct thorough research
• Must have work expriences in Account, Bookkeeping management.
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proven Sales and Marketing experience
• Strategic thinking and leadership capabilities
• Experience in startup environments is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
