Role Overview: You are being sought to be a co-founder in Bhubaneswar to lead product & project management for one or more of the four bootstrapped startups, namely BizVidya (EdTech), NPPD CARE (Healthcare & Wellness), DasVita (AgriTech), and Happy Gut Kitchen (FoodTech). Your role will involve defining product strategy, overseeing project management, conducting market research, leading and coordinating teams, identifying growth opportunities, and preparing for funding and investment readiness. Key Responsibilities: - Define vision, strategy, and execution plans for product development - Oversee projects from inception to launch, ensuring timely execution - Analyze market trends, user needs, and competitor strategies to refine offerings - Work with developers, designers, and business teams to build and scale products - Identify revenue streams, partnerships, and growth hacking strategies for expansion - Prepare business models, pitches, and execution plans for fundraising Qualification Required: - Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for startups and innovation - Background in product management, project execution, or startup operations - Experience in tech-driven businesses, healthcare, edtech, foodtech, or agritech is a plus - Strong leadership, problem-solving, and execution skills - Willingness to work in an equity-based model until funding is secured Additional Details: You will have an equity-based co-founder role with no fixed salary until funding is secured.
