Co-founder Product/Project Management

As a Co-founder in Bhubaneswar for a part-time role (20-25 hours/week) with an equity-based compensation model, you will be responsible for leading four bootstrapped startups in various industries: - **BizVidya (EdTech):** Industry-relevant learning & upskilling platform. - **NPPD CARE (Healthcare & Wellness):** Holistic health & wellness solutions. - **DasVita (AgriTech):** Sustainable agricultural innovation & consulting. - **Happy Gut Kitchen (FoodTech):** Gut-friendly, nutritious meal solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define vision, strategy, and execution plans for product development. - Oversee projects from inception to launch, ensuring timely execution. - Analyze market trends, user needs, and competitor strategies to refine offerings. - Work with developers, designers, and business teams to build and scale products. - Identify revenue streams, partnerships, and growth hacking strategies for expansion. - Prepare business models, pitches, and execution plans for fundraising. **Who Should Apply ** - Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for startups and innovation. - Background in product management, project execution, or startup operations. - Experience in tech-driven businesses, healthcare, edtech, foodtech, or agritech is a plus. - Strong leadership, problem-solving, and execution skills. - Willingness to work in an equity-based model until funding is secured.
