About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial professional to join as a Co-Founder and help scale our recruitment and staffing business. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business development, client acquisition, team leadership, and end-to-end recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth by identifying and developing new client relationships across industries.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment operations — sourcing, screening, selection, and client delivery.
• Build and lead a high-performing recruitment team, ensuring targets and service quality are met.
• Develop and execute strategic partnerships to expand market presence.
• Manage client negotiations, proposals, and contracts.
• Contribute to business planning, branding, and revenue generation strategies.
• Ensure compliance, profitability, and scalability of recruitment operations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Proven experience in recruitment / HR consulting / staffing industry.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on operational expertise.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work in a start-up or growth-stage environment.
• Strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications:

• Graduate / MBA in HR, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in recruitment or HR services.
• Prior entrepreneurial or business development experience preferred.
