An ideal candidate would be an MBA graduate or a Seasoned business head with experience in scaling e-commerce or FMCG businesses. Responsibilities-

• Collaborate on strategic decision-making to expand the business.
• Manage and streamline operations, logistics, and supply chain for maximum efficiency.
• Develop new revenue streams and product lines to diversify offerings.
• Spearhead fundraising, partnership-building, and market penetration strategies.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and profitability optimization.
• Mentor and lead teams to achieve operational excellence.
