Role Overview

As a Co-Founder – DeepTech & AI, you will own the AI strategy, technology roadmap, and product architecture, working hand-in-hand with other founding members to shape the company’s direction and success.

You will be instrumental in:

• Designing and validating breakthrough AI solutions for target industries

• Building the first prototypes and MVPs

• Leading the technical team as we grow

• Co-creating the business model, GTM strategy, and innovation pipeline

Who We’re Looking For

• AI / DeepTech Expert: Strong hands-on experience in ML/DL, LLM fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, and enterprise-grade deployments.

• Builder’s Mindset: Passion for 0→1 journeys, prototyping quickly, iterating based on feedback, and scaling solutions.

• Business Awareness: Ability to align tech with market needs, talk to customers, and shape monetizable products.

• Leadership Potential: Comfortable hiring and mentoring a tech team, setting up processes, and representing the company at tech and industry forums.

• Risk-Taking & Vision: Willingness to invest time and sweat equity, committed to building a high-impact company with a long-term view.

What You’ll Do

• Technology Leadership: Own the end-to-end AI architecture — model selection, training, optimization, deployment.

• Innovation: Build rapid prototypes to validate ideas and attract early customers/investors.

• Product Development: Collaborate with business teams to turn use cases into robust products.

• Fundraising Support: Help pitch to investors with technical credibility and vision.

• Culture Building: Co-create a culture of innovation, learning, and integrity.

Ideal Background

• 5+ years in AI/ML roles (or equivalent experience building AI-driven products)

• Experience with one or more of: generative AI, computer vision, NLP, reinforcement learning, MLOps

• Previous startup experience (founder or early team member) is a huge plus

• Open to relocation (or remote collaboration with periodic in-person strategy sprints)
