The Company: Bo&Mitchi was founded in 2015 and has spent the last decade building a reputation as a trusted creative and digital agency. With a diverse client portfolio across industries such as travel, real estate, hospitality, luxury, telecom, and education, we specialize in UI/UX, front-end development, social media, SEO, custom software, and go-to-market strategies. We are now entering the next phase of growth and are looking for a Co-Founder who brings sales acumen, investment , and vision to expand the agency's reach and scale the business. The Opportunity: As a Co-Founder , you will own equity (% to be decided) in the business through investment and will gain full access to our 10+ years of intellectual property, client base, contacts, and marketing assets. You will be the driving force behind sales, business development, and revenue growth, leveraging the strong foundation we’ve already built. Key Responsibilities: Drive business development and sales strategy to expand client base across local and international markets. Build and nurture long-term client relationships , focusing on enterprise and high-value accounts. Leverage existing marketing decks, client lists, and case studies to accelerate lead generation. Develop partnerships, alliances, and collaborations to scale the business. Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking forums to enhance visibility. Co-create the long-term business vision and strategy with the founding partner. Lead and mentor sales and account management teams to meet revenue targets. Ensure the company remains agile, innovative, and aligned with market needs. What We’re Looking For: Proven track record in sales, business development, or entrepreneurship (preferably in digital, marketing, or technology services). Strong industry network and ability to close high-value deals . Leadership & entrepreneurial mindset with risk appetite and long-term vision. Ability to contribute capital investment and commitment to scale the company. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
