IMA-India is a new-age influencer marketing agency connecting powerful creators with forward-thinking brands. With successful campaigns already executed, we’re now looking for a hands-on Co-Founder who can lead the business, operations, and growth as we scale up.

💼 Your Role: Business + Growth + Operations

You’ll be the driving force behind client acquisition, partnerships, and day-to-day business ops — while also supporting talent and campaign management. This is a builder's role with real ownership.

🔧 What You’ll Own:

🚀 Business Development – Generate, nurture & convert leads🤝 Client Acquisition & Partnerships – Pitching, negotiating, closing deals📦 Operations Management – Oversee internal processes, campaign tracking, deliverables, timelines, etc.👥 Talent Management Support – Help onboard & manage creators🎯 Campaign Support – Collaborate with the ops team to ensure smooth execution📊 Strategy & Planning – Play a key role in pricing, service design & agency growth roadmap

✅ You're a Great Fit If You

:Have 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing (agency or freelance)Have a mix of skills: business + operations + campaign mindsetAre familiar with how campaigns are pitched, priced, and executedHave some experience in talent/influencer coordinationAre driven, proactive, and ready to build something realWant ownership, not just a salary
