Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder, located in Noida with some work from home flexibility. The Co-Founder will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing strategic plans, and building partnerships with stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include conducting research, managing marketing and sales initiatives, and ensuring effective communication within the organization. The role also involves contributing to the creation and implementation of mental health services and programs.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Research experience
• Excellent Communication and Marketing skills
• Proven Sales expertise
• Leadership abilities and strategic planning experience
• Passion for mental health and well-being
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
• Experience in the mental health field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, or a related field
