Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Collaborative Research Partner – Psychology, located in Noida, with some work from home acceptable. The role involves conducting and leading research projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, analyzing data, and publishing findings. The partner will also be responsible for developing research proposals and presenting research outcomes at conferences and seminars.

Qualifications

• PhD in Psychology or a related field
• Experience in conducting and leading research projects
• Proficiency in data analysis and using statistical software
• Strong skills in developing research proposals and publishing findings
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience presenting research at conferences and seminars
• Dedication to trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and inclusive research practices
• Holds an inspiring list of Publications
