About the Role

We're looking for a Founding Partner – Growth & Strategy to join us in building Mentorque from the ground up.

This isn’t a salaried position — it’s an ownership-driven opportunity for someone hungry to build, experiment, and scale a company that’s already generating traction and revenue. That being said, we have generated proof of concept by validating our product in the market and have a constant flow of paying customers.

You’ll have full freedom to lead initiatives across:

• Product growth, marketing funnels, and automation workflows

• Strategic partnerships and revenue generation

• Experimentation with new user acquisition channels

• Building systems that scale operations and impact
