Role: Co-Founder (Hardware & Defence Systems Lead)

hands-on, visionary engineer

hardware, electronics, and system integration

What You’ll Do

• Lead

  hardware architecture

  for stealth drones, including

  propulsion, avionics, and sensor integration

  .
• Oversee

  UCAV-level systems

  : structural design, payload bays, EW modules, and radar-low-observable materials.
• Direct

  prototyping, testing, and field trials

  of main and micro drones.
• Work with the founding team on

  defense compliance, manufacturing partnerships, and tech roadmaps

  .
• Hire and mentor a small

  hardware/embedded systems team

  .

Requirements

• Strong background in

  UAV/UCAV hardware engineerin

  g
• .Hands-on experience with

  avionics, propulsion systems, battery tech, and communication system

  s
• .Understanding of

  stealth technologies, radar cross section (RCS) management, and EW system

  s
• .Experience with

  CAD tool

  s (Fusion 360/SolidWorks), and

  flight controller

  s (PX4, Ardupilot, STM32, Jetson, etc.)
• .Past work in

  defense R&D, aerospace, or high-end drone startup
