Co-Founder Opportunity – Trinetra (Defence UAV & Swarm Systems) About Trinetra Trinetra is building India’s first indigenous stealth swarm UCAV platform designed for next-generation electronic warfare and battlefield autonomy. We’re currently incubated at AIC-RNTU Bhopal and working on cutting-edge R&D in defense UAV systems, swarm intelligence, and counter-drone tech . Our mission: Redefine aerial warfare with AI-driven, modular, stealth-capable drone systems. Role: Co-Founder (Hardware & Defence Systems Lead) We’re looking for a hands-on, visionary engineer who can lead the hardware, electronics, and system integration for Trinetra’s drone fleet – from the main mothership UCAV to micro-swarm drones. What You’ll Do Lead hardware architecture for stealth drones, including propulsion, avionics, and sensor integration . Oversee UCAV-level systems : structural design, payload bays, EW modules, and radar-low-observable materials. Direct prototyping, testing, and field trials of main and micro drones. Work with the founding team on defense compliance, manufacturing partnerships, and tech roadmaps . Hire and mentor a small hardware/embedded systems team . Requirements Strong background in UAV/UCAV hardware engineerin g .Hands-on experience with avionics, propulsion systems, battery tech, and communication system s .Understanding of stealth technologies, radar cross section (RCS) management, and EW system s .Experience with CAD tool s (Fusion 360/SolidWorks), and flight controller s (PX4, Ardupilot, STM32, Jetson, etc.) .Past work in defense R&D, aerospace, or high-end drone startup s preferred .
