Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Co-Founder & CTO. The role involves overseeing all technical aspects of the company, including software development, system architecture, and technical strategy. Responsibilities include leading a team of engineers, developing and implementing technology strategies, ensuring the scalability and security of the platform, and collaborating with other co-founders to drive the company's vision and growth. The Co-Founder & CTO will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to keep Spotlight at the forefront of innovation.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Research
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in Sales and Marketing
• Leadership experience in a technical role, preferably in AI-powered or lifestyle platforms
• Degree from IITs or Ivy League institutions preferred
• Proven ability to manage and lead engineering teams remotely
• Strong understanding of software development, system architecture, and data security
• Visionary thinking with a passion for innovation
• Track record of successfully launching and scaling technology products
