Job Title: Co-Founder & CPTO (Chief Product & Technology Officer)

Location: Gurgaon, India

Experience:

Proven experience in fintech product and technology leadership, with deep knowledge of fintech APIs, loan origination systems (LOS), loan management systems (LMS), and digital lending infrastructure. Prior experience in BFSI or fintech tech roles is a must.

About Us:

We are an early-stage fintech on a mission to redefine consumer lending with a first-of-its-kind, market-disrupting product. I, the Founder, am 30 years old with 8+ years of experience across top consulting firms (MBB), venture capital, and a top-tier Indian business school, having advised leading fintechs and NBFCs. We’ve already raised our first institutional round and are now closing our pre-seed.

Role Overview:

As Co-Founder & CPTO, you will own the product and technology charter end-to-end. From defining the product roadmap to building scalable tech architecture, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering a secure, compliant, and cutting-edge fintech platform.

Key responsibilities include:

• Driving product vision, design, and execution for a disruptive lending product.
• Building and leading a high-performance technology team (engineering, product, data).
• Architecting scalable, API-first systems across LOS, LMS, and integrations with ecosystem partners.
• Ensuring regulatory compliance, security, and reliability of the platform.
