Tech Cofounder - Funded Fintech (Tier 1 - IITs, IIMs etc.)

Who we are

We are a funded fintech startup building a category-defining credit product for India. With backing from strong institutional and angel investors (~$100K raised), we’re currently in stealth mode with a compact, mission-driven 4-member team. We are mentored by Industry leaders from companies such as Apple, OnePlus, Croma, Bajaj Finance, Flipkart, Mobikwik, McKinsey, PWC, PineLabs among others. 

I (the founder) have 8+ years of experience in strategy, investing, and financial services, including time at a top consulting firm and an MBA from a premier Indian B-school. I’m now searching for a Technical Cofounder who can lead all technical aspects, including building the core product and managing a team of developers.

You're a great fit for this role if

• You are a high capability individual with Tier 1 education background (IIM, ISB, IIT or equivalent)
• You have extensive experience of working in fintech, financial services or leading technology companies
• You have deep technical expertise across all tech stacks
• You have basic knowledge of consumption lending, BNPL, HL, PL, LAS, Auto etc.
• You have 5-8 years of overall experience
• You're looking for exponential growth opportunities
