We are live across 10+ premium marketplaces and seeing strong early traction without paid spend. Our vision is to build a design-first, brand-led experience that redefines India’s role in the $150M+ global soft furnishings market.

Who You Are

• Background (Preferred, not mandatory):

• Architecture, interior design, home textile manufacturing, or luxury retail.
• Exposure to global design sensibilities and an eye for aesthetics.

• Startup DNA:

• Prior experience building or scaling an early-stage startup (ideally in consumer, D2C, design, or luxury).
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity, take ownership, and move fast.

• Strategic + Creative:

• Strong sense of brand, design, and consumer psychology.
• Comfort balancing creative storytelling with operational execution.

• Networked:

• Relationships in design, retail, luxury, or international markets a plus.

• Mindset:

• Entrepreneurial, scrappy, and willing to take risks for disproportionate reward.

What You’ll Do

• Co-lead the

  brand vision, strategy, and execution

  alongside the founding team.
• Own key verticals depending on expertise:

• Design/Product

  : Drive product development, material innovation, supplier/manufacturer relationships.

• Brand/Market

  : Build presence across cities in India, engage tastemakers, unlock partnerships.

• Operations/Growth

  : Streamline supply chains, scale sales channels, and deliver premium customer experiences.
• Shape

  fundraising, investor relations, and growth strategy
