Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder located in Ahmedabad. The Co-Founder will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, including strategic planning, sales and marketing initiatives, conducting research, and ensuring effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders. Some work-from-home is acceptable, but the candidate will need to be present in Ahmedabad for a majority of their duties.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to conduct thorough research
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in Sales and Marketing, with a proven track record of success
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Leadership experience and willingness to take on a broad range of responsibilities
