MICEIFY is a disruptive Event Tech platform redefining how MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Events) are planned, sourced, and executed across India. In a space where event planning is highly fragmented and inefficient, MICEIFY introduces structure, speed, and intelligence. Our platform digitizes every touchpoint, from venue discovery to supplier engagement and final bookings, all on a single intuitive interface. MICEIFY empowers corporates to plan smarter, collaborate faster, and elevate their brand presence while supporting local service providers and creative talent with new growth opportunities.

We are seeking passionate Co-Founders (Equity-Only) to lead two critical verticals of our business:

Head – Travel & Holidays –

Head – Event Management

Both roles require entrepreneurial energy, domain expertise, and the ability to scale operations in a fast-growing AI-driven platform.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

1.     Business Leadership

- Define and own P&L responsibility for the respective vertical (Travel/Holidays or Events).

- Develop go-to-market strategies targeting corporates, SMEs, and high-value clients.

- Create sustainable revenue models (commission, subscription, partnerships).

- Forge partnerships with DMCs, hotels, venues, travel suppliers, artists, and event service providers.

2.     Operations & Execution

For Head – Travel & Holidays:

- Curate and manage domestic & international travel itineraries, incentive trips, and leisure packages.

- Negotiate rates and contracts with airlines, hotels, and DMC partners.

- Build SOPs for customer bookings, group handling, and corporate travel desks.

- Ensure smooth visa support, travel insurance, and logistics arrangements.

For Head – Event Management:

- End-to-end execution of MICE events (conferences, exhibitions, offsites, product launches, team-building).

- Manage vendor onboarding for décor, artists, catering, gifting, AV, and production.

- Implement quality standards, checklists, and timelines for seamless delivery.

- Leverage technology for event planning dashboards, attendee engagement, and live support.

3.     Growth & Market Expansion

- Scale client acquisition through B2B partnerships, digital channels, and corporate tie-ups.

- Customer relationship management

4.     Team Building & Leadership

- Hire, mentor, and lead a cross-functional team (sales, operations, partnerships).

- Foster a collaborative and innovation-driven culture.

- Build local leadership pipelines for rapid scale.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:

- 10–15+ years of proven experience in Corporate Travel, Holidays, or Event Management.

- Track record of building and scaling business lines with measurable growth.

- Strong industry networks in travel, hospitality, and event vendor ecosystems.

- - Exposure to digital/tech-driven platforms is an advantage.

- MBA/Equivalent degree preferred but not mandatory for high performers.
