  • Bootstrapped and profitable
  • 100% managed by a solo non-tech founder till now (Operations, Marketing, Content, Customer Support – all handled alone)
  • Looking to build tech-led growth & automation
🔍 What We’re Looking For:

✅ Someone with full-stack development capability or deep product/tech understanding

✅ Knows how to take complete ownership of tech problems

✅ Willing to go all-in with heart, code & vision

✅ Understands B2C/eCommerce growth tech (preferred, not mandatory)

✅ No job-seekers or comfort-zoners, please.

🧩 Your Role:
  • Own the tech roadmap – Shopify customization, backend systems, logistics API, customer dashboard
  • Build tools to improve efficiency, retention, and operations
  • Lead tech hiring later
  • Work directly with founder on daily product iterations, growth plans, and long-term vision
