Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder located in Hyderabad, with some work from home acceptable. The Co-Founder will be responsible for setting the vision and strategic direction of the company, managing daily operations, overseeing business development and partnerships, and driving the long-term growth of the company. The Co-Founder will also work on building and leading a high-performing team and fostering a collaborative and innovative company culture.

• Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Team Management skills
• Experience in Business Development, Partnership Management, and Networking
• Financial Management, Fundraising, and Budgeting skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation and growth
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to dynamic startup environments
• Experience in the technology or startup sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field; MBA preferred
