Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Co-Founder at The Crafted Egg Cafe, located in Noida. The Co-Founder will be responsible for leading strategic planning, daily operations, sales, marketing initiatives, and team management. They will work closely with other founders to ensure the cafe's success and growth. Additional responsibilities include market research, business development, and enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction.
