Co-Founder (Tech & Digital Innovations) – PeakPricing Remote | Equity Only | Investment Required We’re building PeakPricing , a tech-enabled consulting + product company solving revenue optimization for the $100B+ short-term rental market. We help Airbnb and vacation rental hosts maximize their income using data, strategy, and pricing intelligence. We’re now looking for a Tech Co-Founder to join us, someone who will lead all things tech and digital innovation , co-build the product vision, and shape how PeakPricing scales through technology. This is a co-founder-level role with equity and we're specifically looking for someone open to investing alongside us . We made it to the final round of fundraising with AJVC. What You’ll Own: Revamp and manage our website and build high-conversion landing pages to support growth. Design and develop a user-friendly platform for clients to track performance and insights. Build internal dashboards and lightweight tools to streamline operations and reporting. Collaborate with us to shape the product roadmap based on customer feedback and market needs. Set up the right tech stack and basic systems for scale. Who You Are: A developer who enjoys shipping fast, iterating, and building simple usable products . You care about UX/UI as much as backend architecture. Hands-on with front-end or full-stack skills (React, Next.js, or anything modern). Prior experience in SaaS, marketplaces, or data-driven businesses is a plus. Bonus: Interest or experience in the travel, proptech, or short-term rental space. What We Offer: Co-Founder Equity No salary for now, we’re all currently part-time and not drawing salaries.
