Establishing strong partnerships, chapters, and tech-led initiatives across campuses. Creating impact-driven programs, workshops, and events that empower students. Building a strong core team culture and ensuring long-term organizational growth. 🧩 Responsibilities Co-develop the strategic roadmap and long-term vision of AIALCHEMIST. Lead and mentor teams across departments such as Operations, Tech, Community, and Partnerships. Represent the organization in key meetings, partnerships, and public events. Collaborate on funding opportunities, sponsorships, and growth campaigns. Ensure ethical, inclusive, and transparent leadership at all times. Foster a collaborative environment that promotes innovation and student growth. 🧠 Qualifications Strong leadership qualities with a problem-solving and growth mindset. Proven experience in team management, event leadership, or startup ecosystems (college-level experience counts!). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Passion for technology, innovation, and community building. Ability to dedicate consistent time and energy toward the mission of the organization.
