Bhilai Engineering Corporation – Foundry & Fabrication Division is an integral part of the BEC group companies. With three manufacturing units in Bhilai and Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India, the division meets statutory safety and environmental requirements. Our offerings include engineering analysis and product part development, tooling and fixturing design, manufacturing solutions, testing and prototyping, installation and commissioning, and after-sales services. Our facilities produce special steel castings and handle heavy and large fabrications, equipped with CNC/NC machine tools to meet industry needs in steel, mines, and railways since 1960.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CNC Machine Operator located in Durg. The CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for operating CNC/NC machine tools, performing milling, machining, and machinery operations. Day-to-day tasks include setting up machines, loading materials, monitoring operations, ensuring quality control, and making adjustments as needed to maintain precision and quality of produced parts.

Machine Operation, Machining, Milling skills
Experience in Machinery and Quality Control
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Previous experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred
