Job Description

Role OverviewWe are looking for skilled and motivated CNC Operators to run and maintain our Laser Cutting and CNC Bending machines. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sheet metal fabrication, be able to read technical drawings, and ensure production quality and efficiency. Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor CNC Laser Cutting and CNC Bending machines (e.g., Amada, Prima, Bodor, HSG, etc.). Load and unload raw materials and finished parts safely. Interpret engineering drawings and nesting layouts to ensure correct dimensions and tolerances. Adjust machine parameters (speed, feed, focus, bend angle, etc.) to optimize quality and efficiency. Perform first-piece inspection and quality checks during production. Maintain machine cleanliness and basic preventive maintenance logs. Collaborate with design and production teams to troubleshoot fabrication issues. Adhere to safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work area. RequirementsExperience: 1–4 years in CNC Laser Cutting or Bending operations (sheet metal industry preferred). Education: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Fitter, or Tool & Die discipline. Skills: Understanding of AutoCAD or DXF drawings. Knowledge of sheet thickness, materials (MS, SS, GI, Aluminum), and tooling setup. Ability to work under production targets and maintain accuracy. Basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting. Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required.
